SafeWake UAE is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
1. SAFEWAKE UAE SHIPPING
- SafeWake UAE delivers nationwide (UAE).
Orders will be delivered through the shipping companies available in the UAE (FedEx).
SafeWake UAE orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Saturday - 8 AM - 5 PM CT). For security reasons, SafeWake UAE will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. SafeWake UAE does not offer free shipping. Shipping rates may vary based on the destination country.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders received early in the morning will be prepared the same day. Typically, it will take two days to deliver any order, any day of the week in the UAE.
Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that processing times may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
4. SHIPPING TIMES
- Standard Shipping: 2 business days
Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.
5. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the FedEx tracking number of your order. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact FedEx according to the tracking number provided for further assistance and information.
6. DELAYS
SafeWake UAE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, SafeWake UAE is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
SafeWake UAE will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
SafeWake UAE recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. SafeWake UAE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
10. SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment SafeWake UAE makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
